📜 Terms & Conditions – SDHS LLP
1. Trial Period
Trial period is not free. A prescribed fee is applicable for a two-day trial.
The trial helps evaluate the candidate’s performance and suitability.
2. Payment Terms
One-month salary + 18% GST is charged as agency service fee, payable at the time of candidate joining.
Monthly salary is paid directly to the agency, starting from the candidate’s joining date.
The company is not liable for any advance salary or goods given directly to the staff.
Charges like police verification and transportation are borne by the customer.
Invoice is issued after employment begins.
Payment delay may result in termination of services.
3. Responsibilities
Company: To provide verified candidates and issue GST bills.
Client: To pay the candidate’s salary timely and follow the terms mentioned.
4. Security Guidelines
Clients must check the candidate’s belongings while entering and exiting the premises.
Documents like Aadhar, PAN, and address proof are provided to the client.
Candidate cannot leave the premises without prior permission from the client.
Clients may register the candidate at a local police station.
Client contact details should not be shared with the candidate’s relatives.
5. Replacement Policy
Three free replacements within 1 Year from the date of joining.
No refund will be issued if the contract is canceled by the client.
A 15-day notice is required for any replacement request.
If the candidate leaves due to mistreatment or unfair salary reduction, no replacement or refund will be given.
If the candidate leaves due to genuine reasons (e.g., health issues), and doesn’t return in 15 days, replacement will be provided.
If replacement is not available within 30 days, 50% agency fee may be refunded within 30–45 days.
6. Holidays
Candidates are allowed 2 holidays per month.
Any additional leave requires the client’s permission.
7. Termination
If either party fails to comply with the terms, the agreement may be terminated with notice.
Hiring our candidate implies automatic acceptance of all terms, even without a signed agreement.
8. Jurisdiction
All legal matters are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
